Learn Korean while COOKING (요리)

Hello again, people. I am Alhomora_희망

This time I was really confused about what to write this time, then I got the idea of writing a simple recipe. A very simple recipe for a Korean dish - 'kimbap'.

다시 안녕하세요 여러분. 나는 Alhomora_희망 이다.

이번에는 무엇을 써야할지 혼란 스러웠고, 간단한 레시피를 쓸 생각이 생겼습니다. '김밥' 이라는 아주 간단한 레시피 알려줄게요.

Kimbap (Gimbap) – 김밥

Ingredients needed (필요한 재료) :

• cooked white rice - 요리 된 흰 쌀

• sesame oil - 참기름

• Salt –소금

• Carrot -당근

• Cucumber –오이

• Eggs -계란

• Seaweed(Nori) - 김

Procedure (절차) (words highlighted in similar colors are the English to Korean in each sentence)

1. Cut the cucumber into small pieces lengthwise - 오이를 길게 작은 조각으로 자르십시오.

2. Cook the cucumber until slightly softened - 약간 부드러워 질 때까지 오이를 요리하십시오.

3. Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt to make a fried egg - 치고 튀긴 달걀을 만들기 위해 소금 한 꼬집음을 넣으십시오.

4. Cut the fried egg into long pieces - 튀긴 달걀을 긴 조각으로 자르십시오.

5. Cook the carrots for two minutes - 당근을 두 분 동안 요리하십시오.

6. Cook the rice and add sesame oil - 쌀을 요리하고 참기름을 넣으십시오.

7. Place the rice on the seaweed sheet and spread out evenly - 밥을 해초 시트에 올려 놓고 고르게 펼치십시오.

8. At the center, put the cucumber, the carrots, and the eggs - 중앙에 오이, 당근, 달걀을 넣으십시오.

9. Roll the sheet in a cylindrical shape, pressing all the ingredients together - 시트를 원통형으로 굴려, 모든 재료를 함께 누르십시오.

10. Cut the roll into small pieces - 롤을 작은 조각으로 자르십시오.
